I agree — every FO holds so many memories and special moments! With her concise but charming descriptions and clearly-written, detailed patterns, Nancy Bush makes a variety of beautiful socks accessible and enjoyable to knit.

The second printing also has mistakes, but IK leaves you to your own devices to solve. Ultimately gave up on Friday Harbor, after frustration after frustration with chart 2. There is a purl column or two missing. The errata omits the purls entirely. There are other similar patterns in the world, ones that won't cause me tear my hair out. I have knit most of the other patterns, with fine results.
