Plus, it was even better the next day for lunch! We all loved it. Thank you TOH. This is my favorite web site! Made this last night. It was pretty amazing and super easy. I will make this again.

Cooked all in one pan. I made this recipe yesterday for my husband and myself. We both like "simple" recipes and simple meals so I cut the recipe in half using only 2 pork chops. We are both in our 70's. I cooked it exactly according to the directions on top of the stove and it came out so delicious. The chops were tender and the other ingredients added such good flavor.

I plan to make it again very soon. I made this the other night and got rave reviews from the family. However, with a few changes based on prior reviews. I used two cloves of fresh garlic, thyme, rosemary and sage from the garden, salt and pepper and sauted that with the onions, carrots and potatoes. Then I put the pork chops seasoned with salt and pepper on top and put in a oven for 15 mins then turned and did another 10 minutes or so until internal temp was reached.

This recipe is so easy, quick to fix and tastes great! Anyone can make this! It's fool proof! This was extremely easy. I seasoned my pork chops before browning them. I cooked it about 45 minutes to be sure my vegetables were cooked. I also turned them over in the pan half-way through and moved my pork chops on top of the veggies to stay warm while the veggies finished cooking.

Great recipe and easy clean-up! I followed the recipe as printed with the exception that I thickened up the broth right before serving to make a gravy. My husband thought it was very good, even the next day as leftovers. The pork was very tender. I have been making this dish in regular rotation for 25 years!

I use electric skillet for one hour. Quick and easy. For a winter comfort meal, I use 1 cup broth and make gravy with the drippings. The best! My husband and I liked the chicken popovers, but my husband said it neeed more gravy. So I am going to make the pie crust bigger. It is just him and I now! I am going to try the pork chop dinner skillet! My family loved it, so I'll definately make this again, and again! Very fast and easy to get done on a busy day. I made the Pork Chop Skillet Dinner last night, which was very well received. I did add a few more veggies; mushrooms, shallots, and red pepper.

Then continued on with the rest of the directions, adding a little more chicken broth. I served it with corn bread and apple sauce on the side. Worked great and the taste was wonderful.

I followed the reside and it was ok, but next time I am going to brown the chops and onions then cook in the broth for and extra hour before adding the potatoes and carrots. That should help make the chops tender. I am single so I cut recipe in half and I save half of it for a second dinner.

Was easy to make. Instead of chops used country ribs cheaper. The veg mixture was very tasty. Will make again if in a hurry. Easiest recipe I have ever made. Followed the instructions step by step and it was quick to make, family enjoyed it. And it has little cleanup afterwards, since it's all made in one pan. This was delicious and is now a family favorite. Very easy to make and in my regular rotation. I made this for dinner and hubby and I both loved it. I added some gravey as an option on the side. It was easy to make and throw in my big covered skillet.

I used Mrs, Dash, salt, pepper and onion flakes, and chicken broth. Next time I make it I will probably add more veggies including the potatoes and carrots. Yum yum yum! This was really good. And easy. I was looking for a fast, easy meal This recipe totally fit the bill. I was surprised how tender and flavorful the pork chops were and the veggies were so good. I sprinkled seasoning salt on the pork chops before I cooked them and added more broth.

I will definitely make again. Made this almost as is - exception: I cooked everything in my trusty cast iron skillet and tenderized the chops with a meat mallet pointy side. It was very, very good. Since there is only the two of us I opted for fewer potatoes and more carrots. My hubby who only likes breaded pork chops asked that this be made again, but with more sauce.

Thanks BC! Four potatoes and four onions are too much in proportion to the pork chops. It needed some more seasoning. This is my go-to recipe now when we want something easy, filling and delicious! This was so easy to make! I work till around eight o'clock at night. I was able to make this and eat by nine. My husband who is in charge of dinner a few nights a week, asked me how to make it. This will definitely be a recipe we use often.

How to Clean and Slice Leeks

I've made this recipe several times using boneless loin pork chops. It comes out with moist, delicious chops, and the vegetables are great! Try it, you'll like it! I made this the other evening. It was just what I wanted. Something quick, easy and good. It was a cold rainy night and this was perfect. This was really good! I added at the end some peas too and we loved it. It was very easy to make. It's just a little bland. I would add more seasoning to it. Quick and easy to make.

And, it was delicious. I used boneless pork chops and baby carrots. My husband enjoyed this meal I'll be making this again. Very easy to make. Very nutritious too! Wonderful taste. Extremely flavorful recipe. I used one can of sliced carrots drained, a package of potato gnocchi cooked separately, drained and put back into skillet. I didn't have fresh carrots or potatoes but this was very filling.

I will make saint for the family. My kids and I really enjoyed this. Pretty quick to throw together after work. Super simple. Definitely will make again. Instead of cooking on top of stove, I put in a 13x9 baking dish and put in the over for about an hour at Really good and definitely a new stand-by for an easy weeknight meal. This was very good! Pork chops were moist.

I used vegetable broth instead. After browning the pork chops and adding the vegetables, I put the pork chops on top of the vegetables for the remainder of the cooking time. I will make this again!!!! I will try a green pepper sliced thin just for something different. The entire family loved this-the chops were perfect, not dry. I loved it because it was not complicated but looked like I put a lot of work into it!!!!!! Thank you. It was easy to put together and make. We enjoyed it very much. It's a keeper and will be making this again in the future.

Loved this recipe I loved it! Super easy and taste great plus did it all in one pot and on the stove top. This is fantastic! I use a whole can of vegetable broth, although I have used chicken and beef too. I add a lot more carrots, potatoes and onion, more pepper also.
